They really want to know the reasons why they should start a business on the side if they are already making money with their jobs. One of the key concepts that you have to understand is that you will never be able to be financially free working for money. In order to be financially free you have to be able to master the art of having money work for you. Starting your own business is the initial step to take in order to accomplish this.
